(Fairfax, Va.)—The National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) plans to offer the second annual Agency Management Institute (AMI) conference in May at the Westin Lombard, outside Chicago. Scheduled May 13-14, 2010, this members-only event will provide training for brokerage general agency staff and principals.
The 2010 AMI agenda will cover:
“Building on the success of the first AMI conference in 2009, we are pleased to deliver another outstanding, affordable educational initiative for NAILBA members, designed to provide the outstanding education and networking opportunities that NAILBA members expect,” stated NAILBA Chairman Mark D. Rosen, CLU.
In addition to the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center training, which provides high-level customer service training, the uniquely-formatted Product Training University will give registrants two opportunities to meet in small group settings with carriers and vendors to discuss the latest updates and product improvements. Concurrent breakout sessions and two general sessions will provide much-needed venues for registrants to more closely examine pressing topics in underwriting, as well as practical issues surrounding agency management.
