Register Now for the 17th Annual NAILBA Golf Tournament!
To benefit the Alan Palmer Memorial Scholarship Fund at Emory University, the Westin Diplomat Golf Resort and Spa will play host to NAILBA's 17th Annual Golf Tournament.

WHEN: November 14th, starting at 12:00 Noon
WHERE: The course is located approximately 5 minutes from the Westin.

The entry fee is $199 per player which includes green fees, cart, beverage carts, lunch and all tips/gratuities.On-site entry fee is $300.

VROOM VROOM – Gear Up for the 2009 NAILBA Charitable Foundation Car Raffle
For the fourth year, Legal & General/Banner Life/William Penn has donated a classic car to be raffled off during NAILBA 28, with all proceeds being donated to the NAILBA Charitable Foundation. This year, a 1957 Chevy Bel Air could be yours! This classic America beauty features a V-8 engine and shows less than 42,000 miles.

Raffle tickets will be sold during NAILBA 28 and the lucky winner will be announced on Friday, November 13 during the Mooers Award Reception. If you have any questions about the car raffle, please contact Naomi Romanchok at 703-383-3072 or nromanchok@nailba.org.

Key Deadlines to Remember
October 30th – All Bag Stuffer items to NAILBA Headquarters office
November 5th – Calls made to the first 30 Priority Point Companies to choose booths
– Last day for advance shipping to Hargrove warehouse
November 11th  –Vehicle move-in – 8:00 a.m.
– Exhibitor move-in – Noon – 5:00 p.m.
– Direct shipping to showsite begins at Noon
– Chairman’s Reception (by invitation only) – 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Hospitality Suite Information for Attendees
Would you like to have your event posted for the attendee’s convenience in one centrally placed location? Complete the Event Posting Form to place your hospitality function or meeting event listing on the day of your event in our registration area for all attendees to locate without having to walk around the hotel for location information.

Forms must be submitted to NAILBA headquarters prior to November 6, 2009. Changes to event details may be made onsite by using the same form which can be given to the registration coordinator. Events will be posted on the day the event occurs ONLY!

2010 Exhibit Space Priority Point Selection
The selection for the first 30 companies on the NAILBA priority point list will take place via phone calls the week of November 2nd. The remaining companies will be sent a schedule of appointment times for Friday, November 13th from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the NAILBA Staff Office.

Information packets will be sent to all current exhibitors/sponsors by today, October 27, 2009. Please be sure to view your e-mail box often for the subject line “NAILBA 29 Priority Point Booth Selection Information”. Proxies will once again be available for those companies who cannot have an individual available to choose booth selections. A 25% deposit MUST accompany the contract to hold exhibit space - no space will be held without this deposit.
