NAILBA Releases Updated Imaging Guide
(Fairfax, Va.) In its efforts to increase industry efficiency, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) has recently updated the NAILBA Imaging Implementation Guide to reflect today’s changing technology.
“More BGAs, carriers, and technology service providers use imaging technology than ever before,” said NAILBA Chairman of the Board Douglas A. Mishkin. “The NAILBA Imaging Implementation Guide establishes universal industry standards for sending documents electronically that will increase agency efficiency and lower the cost of doing business.”
Through the use of this Guide, BGAs and carriers will experience improved information security, time management and process consistency. In addition, agencies are expected to see up to a 50 percent reduction in overnight costs and a significant reduction in photocopy expenses.
“NAILBA’s technological leadership has once again developed an innovative solution to save the industry time and money,” said Mishkin.
