With growing member participation and interest in our educational initiatives, even more educational benefits are in the works. Here are just a few of the exciting opportunities currently in development:

New Education Article Series and Topics – planned offerings include tips on best practices for agency business/HR management in addition to expert articles for producers (estimated launch: early 2008)

Updated Brokerage Desk Reference/Quick Start – assessing the ability to offer an updated and higher tech version of a popular previously released training (estimated launch: late 2008)

Next Generation Leadership and Management Curriculum – efforts are underway to investigate and develop opportunities for on-site and continuing education workshops targeted at current and future agency leaders. Topics include agency succession planning, business valuation, reading financial statements, mentoring for business growth, and more! (estimated launch: FOCUS 2008)
