It’s All About Leadership
Presented by The Ritz Carlton Leadership Center

Now that the attendees have heard what’s coming in the next 1-3 years, and identified some strengths and weaknesses, they will learn the 12 key benchmarks for an organizational leader, and be able to apply these benchmarks to their own businesses to meet the challenges of the next 1-3 years.  This program is designed for any manager wishing to improve his or her leadership skills. Not enough leaders realize that first and foremost they must paint a very compelling picture of how every employee in an organization positively impacts the company’s strategic plan. Too often, only very senior leaders have seen the strategic plan in order to execute it to provide outstanding service and financial results.  All employees wish to be led by a winning leader, someone who is dynamic, competent, fair, and authentic.
