The 2010 NAILBA Executive Forum was a tremendous success!  Nearly 75 BGAs, sponsor representatives, and NAILBA Leaders learned the latest information and updates on the financial markets, trends in brokerage, and participated in essential leadership training!

Attendees began the day by hearing the 2010 Financial Services Industry Outlook from Peter Ricchiuti, Tulane University Professor and finance industry expert.  This session provided baseline information on the economic prospects for 2010 and beyond.

The second session of the day featured a State of the Industry Panel Presentation, facilitated by Gene Koster and featuring Chuck Anderson, Prudential; J. Craig Collins, ING; Chris Greis, Leaders Partners; Carolyn Johnson, Protective/West Coast Life; and Michael Tessler, Brokerage Unlimited.  The panel and audience engaged in a spirited discussion of many issues being faced by BGAs and the outlook for carriers in 2010 and beyond.  

The last session of the day - It’s All About Leadership, presented by The Ritz Carlton Leadership Center, taught attendees the 12 key benchmarks for an organizational leader, and how to apply these benchmarks to their own businesses to meet the challenges of the next 1-3 years.
