Building on the success of the Product Training University at the NAILBA Agency Management Institute in 2010, we’re bringing this uniquely-formatted educational opportunity to the NAILBA Executive Forum! These interactive, quickly-paced sessions are designed to facilitate maximum interaction with the companies you work with every day! During each 20-minute window, three companies will be making brief presentations including product updates, user updates, and even educational and learning opportunities. This is your chance to sit down and chat with your current carriers and vendors, and learn about new ones!

This afternoon session will feature a presentation by Shannon Waller, a key team member at Strategic Coach®. Shannon’s profound knowledge of the strategic thinking, combined with her years of experience working with entrepreneurs and their teams, makes her a dynamic and supportive speaker and coach. With the company since 1991, Shannon was one of the first salespeople for the Strategic Coach Program, and then went on to lead her own Strategic Coach sales team.
